" Must it be? It must be!" Ludvon takes a step towards Alvari, chuckling darkly to himself. " Let'ſ test your claims!" He shifts the tome in his hands and takes a mighty swing straight at Alvari's right ear.

Alvari just stands there all smug. And then the book strikes him, sending him tumbling to the ground. He shakes his head a bit, trying to collect himself. Erm...uh, The troll did visit Alvari with blows, and Alvari weathered them, but alas, the strength of God did not come to Him. But Alvari knew that God was merely testing His fortitude, for God wanted His messenger to have faith in Him. Alvari 5:15.

Barking with laughter, Ludvon leans down and offers Alvari a hand. " What a good ſport! Come on, then. It'ſ no fun hitting ſomeone while they're down, anyway."

But after Alvari was struck down, the troll turned and gave Him his hand, for he recognised his true master and repented of his blasphemous ways. Alvari 5:16....yeah, go with that, Alvari. Just go with that.

" Don't push your luck. I'd be more than happy to hit you again." He brandishes the book again to underline his point. It is at this point that Ludvon realizes this troll is absolutely beyond redemption.

...A revision is needed. But after Alvari was struck down, the troll turned and gave Him his hand, but then turned and threatened Alvari again, for he did mock Alvari and His words. Alvari 5:16.

Ludvon's eye twitches in irritation. " ... Close enough." He grimaces and walks back under the tree where he stood before. He hesitates in taking up the quill again. With Alvari around, he cannot predict how it could go. " Now remove yourself from the area, I have work to do." He taps his foot impatiently.

The troll did try to send Alvari off, but Alvari spake: "I shall not be moved, for I answer only to the Lord; all else are beneath me. Alvari 5:17.

" You must be very lonely indeed to linger around one who has proven quite willing and capable of beating you." All fun exhausted from this particular subject, Ludvon retrieves his score and begins humming to himself, quieter this time, and scratching out measure after measure on the messy parchment. He keeps a silent eye on Alvari, wary of further interference.

"Thou cannot threaten Me with harm, for I walk in the shadow of God, and any troll who cometh upon me with blows shall be met only with divine retribution." Alvari 5:18.

Ludvon writes to the very end of the parchment, rolls it up and stows it in his sylladex for safe-keeping. Not bothering to look up at Alvari, he begins anew as a fresh page appears in front of him. " Then where, pray tell, is my retribution? I have already ſtruck you and felt not a ſhred of guilt for it, and I would gladly do ſo again." There's a pause as his quill strikes across the page to begin dividing measures through a staff. Finally, he looks back up at Alvari. " Really, it'ſ ſuch fun."

"You may come before Me with slings and swords, and you may come before Me with blows, but lo, the Lord shalt punish all ill deeds in time." Alvari 5:19.

He sighs and pauses his writing. " You are repeating yourself and gaining nothing for it. You would do well to reconsider your ſtance." With a shake of his head, he returns to his work. As his scowl deepens, he continues his thought. " You have much to learn before you can consider yourself a proper troll, let alone as great as you claim you are."

The troll did doubteth Alvari's wisdom, and Alvari did speak: "I hath all Alternia's wisdom; I see it in the land, and in the seas, and in all things. I hath all the wisdom of God, for He hath chosen Me." Alvari 5:20.

Ludvon rolls his eyes and stops writing again. Alvari is proving to be quite the nuisance, unsurprisingly. " I'm doubting more than just your wisdom, troll." He begins tapping his foot again and says, " Why do you keep bothering me ſpecifically? Will you truly not go away until I hit you ſome more?" He folds his arms and glares at Alvari. " Is this really ſo common for you that you think ſo little of it?"

And the troll cried out and said upon Alvari "Why dost Thee not leave this place?" And Alvari spake in reply: "For I stand with the fortitude of God, and none can move Me, I bear the strength of the tallest mountain and the steadiness of the ground." Alvari 5:21. And the troll did ask Alvari if he was oft abused at the hands of trollkind, and Alvari did speak also: "Aye, for though I bear God's words I am cast away by the words of blasphemers and fools. But these trolls shall be cast first into the Lake of Fire on the Day of Reckoning, for they denied the grace of God as spoken through His messenger." Alvari 5:22.

Its a rather quiet night at the park when a rather small troll shows up. Finding a seat, he makes himself comfortable on a park bench and opens up a husktop, beginning to type away on it ===== Yet another seadweller shows up. Enjoying the moonlight, she rests at a tree and gazes up to the moon before pulling out a book and pen, writing in it.

Deep in the midnight Eidole walks over to the seadwellers. I will need you to look away from what's about to happen. We are on legal business and it's about to get gory. Eidole began to make his way to a treetop, if anybody was watching the entire thing they might be able to see him prepared to pounce on an unknown target. Goriam is hiding behind another tree with a a sharpened spade in hand.
To anyone who knew these two, it was obvious that they were about to murder someone.

Gory you ssay?Chever immedietly closes the husk top and packs it away, watching the troll climb the tree not too far from him. Getting comfortable, The small troll lay flat on his stomach, his head and arms resting on the arm rest. He must be interested in watching. ======== The other seadweller looked up from her book, trying to find where the voice came from, but the troll was already climbing up the tree. shrugging, she went back to reading her book, unaware of the scene that is about to happen in front of her.

A Male mustardblood came wandering into the park. They seemed to be looking for Goriam and Eidole. They kept calling out until he wandered too close to the tree Eidole was in and at that opportune moment the hornless troll dropped down from the tree and gagged the mustardblood. Goriam then sprung out from his position and decapitated the troll with his spade. Eidole handed Goriam his tux jacket and Goriam wrapped the troll head in it. Goriam began digging up a softer spot of dirt to keep from disturbing the unique-looking bloodied dueling are where many trolls had fought, if the ground became soft overnight then it'd be suspicious. They dug a hole about 4 feet into the ground in an impressive amount of time and carefully disposed of the body there and filled up the hole, they even took the fresh blood that soaked into the dirt and shoveled that into the hole. They went to another are to add more dirt to make it seem more natural of an area.
Damn, I wish the officials weren't so picky about the body being found.

Some highblood official told us to make sure nobody would notice so he wouldn't have to make up a story or send anyone to court. We're trying to make this troll disappear. Goriam thought for awhile. The less time an individual is alive the less time they make noise and could attract the notice of others. Unfortunately it was a Blueblood that sent us so we won't be getting paid much. Goriam looked up at Chever finally instead of wearing the victim's shoes and making it look as though he was just passing through. To boot, he set up a small campfire, burned the shoes, and added the ashes to the pile. Hmm, typically I don't like highblood clients as the prices are really low for me killing people for them but... if you ever have a request for someone needing to go bye-bye, here's my address. Eidole walked over and handed Chever the address on a small slip of paper.
