Well, there seem to be a few intact marijuana leaves in there. If you had something to use to light it maybe you could wrap some of the random crap inside and smoke it?
Ecchow began swimming through the sand. If it wasn't such an impossibly hard thing to do then it might've been dismissed as high. But no, he found sand deep enough to sink into and began swimming in it.

Ecchow swam through the sand on over towards Chever and grabbed the bong
