The Shoreline

Palser didn't quite return an answer to Reeius. Just shooting him a shy smile and a one shoulder shrug. Though the way he noticed his fellow highblood seemed a bit sluggish to head back inland. Mulling over whether or not he should probe it. "If yo~ou feel like departing, o~or have so~omewhere to be we wo~ont ho~old it against yo~ou."

Zeraki, on the other hand, was distracted from his... distracting thoughts at the mention of Reeius leaving. Looking a little crestfallen. "Sp3ak for yours3lf! That's no fun." He'd still need to try and get another good feel of those horns before the night was through! If he didn't he knew he'd never let it down! ...he sure does have some problems.

Once more the ground shifted from sand to grass and them stone as they neared the edge of the city. The ocean just a memory and diluted salty breeze.

The moon is high in the night sky and you're not sure just how long you've been out here, sitting on the shore and staring out into the open ocean. It's peaceful and soothing through you're not a big fan of swimming unlike your Lusus. And it seemed you're lusus isn't too found of you're depressed state and try as he might he just can't convince you to go back inside. He's done everything outside of simply picking you up by the back of your jacket and drag you inside your Hive like a helpless purrbeast. You're thankful for that but now he's steadily piling up a mountain of fish near you're feet in some effort to get you to eat. You can ignore the hunger but the smell is ruining this perfect scenery.

Huh, that's interesting. You're broken from your depressive stupor by splashing and a figure rising up from the water. You can't really hear what he's saying but he's caught your attention plenty. Pulling your knees up to your chest tighter, staring.

Well with nothing going on again you look down at your pile of fish near your feet. It seems its been awhile since your Lusus was on land with another one to add to the collection. Perhaps that's why there's nothing out there to catch? Oops. You start drawing figures in the sand again.

Without really thinking about it you pick up a fish... and promptly toss it at Chever's head to get his attention.

Huh, well, for whatever reason you though that the sea dweller would have had better reflexes to dog your fishy attack. Guess not. And now that you have the sea dweller's attention that idea of tossing the fish at him no longer seems like a good idea. Doing your best not to laugh.

Uh... well, uh. You are trying to fish around here, right? Might not |B|e such a good idea.

Well, that's |B|ecause of him.

You point at a towering white figure that is suddenly looming behind Chever. It's your lusus with a rather large fish trapped between his jaws. Looking curiously between the two of you. You then point to the pile of fish near your feet that you still refuse to touch.

He's |B|een at it all night almost.

You're just... a bit of a frowner today aren't you? Giving a slight shrug of your shoulders.

Well he's getting them for ╕me╒ actually. |B|ut ╕I╒ am not very hungry. Would you like them?

You point to the fishy pile because you really don't have much of a taste for them to begin with. Also you notice those odd things in the sea dwellers ears. Interesting.

It is no loss for ╕me╒ so take all you want. |B|ut ╕I╒ have to ask, what is up with your, uh, things?

You point to the odd metal piece sticking out of the sides of the sea dwellers head. Perhaps its not the best way to ask but you're rather curious about them. Perhaps even a little excited.

Oooh, well that's interesting, you think! Your curiousity thoroughly peaked now you motion for the sea dweller to come closer. If he doesn't then you most likely will.

Wow, so what else have you |B|uilt? Do you make visors and eyes too? They look really good.

You're not even trying to mask the enthusiasm in your voice at this point. You just know you wanna touch them now!

Oh, wow, that is, uh, that is pretty awesome! ╕I╒ had another troll put these in for me. The visor and, uh, stuff. Those antenna are pretty, uh, cool too.

And without really thinking about it you reach over and give one of those said antenna's a good full hands on grope. Mmm, smooth.

You didn't realize it would be ticklish. You kinda release your hold on the antenna only AFTER you get a bit more of a feel of it. It's rather spiffy, different, you like it.

It is nice to see others take pride in their cybernetics. Wear them proudly and, uh, yeah. ╕I ╒ have been meaning to look into some new upgrades ╕myself╒ Though ╕I╒ am not much of a mechanic or engineer type ╕I╒ do work with building thinks out of metal. Mostly robot husks.
